Our Guide to the Lebanon Valley

by

Jennifer Kuzo, President of Visit Lebanon Valley is, without exaggeration, a visionary. She speaks with a buttery soft voice and a twinkle in her eye. Her enthusiasm is electric. Since the beginning of our time working with her, we’ve designed dozens of billboards and hundreds of print ads. Together we’ve produced countless postcards, itineraries, merch, and handouts. But the unquestionable highlight of each year has been to design the county’s official Visitor’s Guide. From cover art to page layout, each issue has been labored over for months leading up to print and distribution.

Pictured here are Jennifer Kuzo, President of Visit Lebanon Valley, and Marshall Kramer holding one of our first print pieces designed for Visit Lebanon Valley in early 2018.
The 2018 Visitor’s Guide was one of our first, and most elaborate, cover concepts shot in the depths of the Cornwall Iron Furnace.

At our weekly planning meetings, Jennifer unveils the agenda for upcoming features and spreads and we present our concepts for her to review. Here’s a little-known fact: Marshall has a printing compulsion that demands a constant supply of high-quality ink and paper, while Jennifer has a deep-seated need to save every single one of his mock-ups in neatly organized manila folders. They are truly a designer-client match made in heaven.

The 2023 Visitor’s Guide featured Timeless CafĂ© owner, Dwayne Spencer, with a beautifully crafted charcuterie board he made using locally sourced foods.
The 2024 Visitor’s Guide featured local professional actress/model, Elisa Rodriguez Hileman, at the Mount Gretna Art Show highlighting the “Year of the Arts.”
The 2025 Visitor’s Guide featured a local family at Royal Oaks Farm – a “pick your own” flower farm highlighting a diversity of agricultural in the Lebanon Valley.

People love to say that print is dead, but Jennifer Kuzo (and Level Eleven) disagrees. She uses print as an intentional companion to her robust online resources. And we’re proud to have played a valuable role in that over the years.
